Led by Steve Robinson of Robinson’s Karate, this class is a fun and unique program designed for children ages 4 & 5. This non-competitive curriculum incorporates karate, fun and fitness. Through the use of obstacle courses, line karate, warm-ups and drills, children develop basic karate skills, as well as receive positive feedback and gain self-discipline.
Carrie Miller is a former HopeMark mom and certified children’s yoga instructor. In this class, children will strengthen their bodies as they learn to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids will pretend, sing and play while learning to release energy and stress.
